The visually-impaired doctor in alternative medicine has accused Kingfisher airline for ill treating him at the Santa Cruz airport on August 3 and is also planning to take the airline to court over the issue.

According to reports the doctor is also seeking legal advice over comments made by chairman of Kingfisher Airlines, Vijay Mallya who reportedly said that the doctor’s story was cooked up and he was just seeking special pampering from the airline staff.

However when Kingfisher was informed about the decision to sue, Mallya sent him a apology.  The letter read: “I am sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with one of my flights. I have investigated the matter and have been assured that no disrespect whatsoever was meant or shown. However, since we have fallen short of expectations, please accept our apologies. I hope that you will afford us the opportunity to serve you again.”
