Impressed by India's unprecedented growth in the IT and ITeS sector, South Africa has now invited Indian companies to set up calling centers there considering South Africa as the gateway to enter sub-Sahara countries.

Speaking at a meeting organized by FICCI, the Deputy President of South Africa, Ms. Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, urged the Indian IT industry to partner with South African companies.

According to experts, trade between India and South Africa, which currently stood at $4 billion, could rise three-fold to reach the target of $12 billion by 2010.
