DLF Plans Fresh IPO

After its initial failure to offer letters to its shareholders, real estate developer DLF Ltd. has filed for a fresh prospectus with the market regulator SEBI for an initial public offering that could raise more than $2 billion

The first IPO last year was called off after shareholders complained of not receiving the debenture offer letters and a case of forgery was filed against DLF by the postal department accusing it of forging the proof of dispatch for the letters.
