Govt. Finalizing Semiconductor Industry Policy

Union Minister for Communication and IT, Dayanidhi Maran has revealed that the government is working on an industry policy foe the semiconductor industry and an announcement in this regard is likely to be out soon.

Maran was speaking to the press a function where leading semiconductor company SemIndia and Belgium-based IMEC, Europe's leading independent nano electronics and nanotechnology research institute, signed an MoU for research and development collaboration.
